Crazy for Oopsie Dazie!

Crazy for Oopsie Dazie! 1If you have a little girl, there will come a time when you start to think - "I really need some hair clips/ties to tame this beautiful chaos!" But not just any hair accessory will do - it needs to be comfortable, easy-to-put-in, and - perhaps most importantly - it needs to "stay put." Bonus points if it is pretty and coordinates with her outfit(s)!

When the owner of Oopsie Dazie contacted me to do a review, I jumped at the chance. These little clips fit my criteria exactly. They come in a variety of colors and designs - and cost between $2 and $3.

Crazy for Oopsie Dazie! 2Oopsie Dazie also sells bows, headbands, headwraps, ponies, and bobbies. You can even buy a little Clip Caddie to hold all your little hair things!

Crazy for Oopsie Dazie! 3WIN IT! One winner will receive a Clip Caddie and 5 Gator Clips of his/her choice. To enter, leave a comment on this post prior to Saturday, June 14 at midnight (don’t forget to follow the rules). * Winner must provide a U.S. mailing address.

*UPDATE* The winner is #77 Monique Rizzo. Congratulations!

  6. My two granddaughters really need these. They have very fine hair and nothing stays. I would love to try these.

    Thanks for the contest!

  7. Love these, always losing hair stuff I buy, have 2 daughters and wear my hair in a bob and since its fine I fit in the clips too!!!

  8. I love the name, I love the pink web site, and most important, I love the hair clips. Is it wrong for an over 30 year old to want to wear them myself?

  9. I have two girlies with lots of hair and we are always losing clips. This would be perfect-o!
    Thanks!

  10. Those are some adorable clips! My girlie has a full head of hair and would look awesome wearing these. Please enter me!

  11. My 3 1/2 year old daughter would love these hair clips. I would love them being easy to put in and them staying in her hair and not falling out like so many of her clips.

  12. I'm expecting my baby girl to arrive in August, and I'd love to try these out on her once her hair grows in! If she's like me she'll have tons of it.

  13. My husband is always getting irritated with me because he finds both my daughter's and my own hair clips all over the place. This clip caddie is much needed at our house!

  14. These sound like exactly what I need. My daughter is just getting to the stage where she has enough hair for a clip, but her hair is very fine and everything falls out so quickly. Anything that would stay put in her hair would be great!

  15. I have a sweet baby boy and won't subject him to dressing him up like a girl but my sister and my best friend just had baby girls. These would be great!

  16. I really love the Lauren, Brianna, Belle, and Natalie, although they're all pretty adorable - and much more attractive than the metal clips I use on my daughter that keep sliding out!

  17. How sweet! My daughter has flyaway, curly-curly hair, and an aversion to ponytail holders, so I'd love to try these!

  18. My granddaughter would look so cute in these. There are so many lovely materials: Chelsea, Jessia, Rachel to name a few. Great site.

  19. I love putting clippies in my daughter's hair just about as much as she likes pulling them out and trying to eat them!

  20. I feel like I have spent thousands of dollars on different types of clips, bands, bows, etc. since the day my 4 1/2 year old daughter was born. None of them last (either in her hair or by her hands). I would love to try something new and specifically made for girls like mine! Please send them my way! :)

  21. I wish I had these when my daughter was little - fine hair just like mom. With another generation on the way, we'd love these!

  22. Blondie's hair is so long we need stuff to keep it back, and Cheeks still constantly gets "Oh, he's so cute!" all the time, so both of them can use some cute, girly, quality clips. The caddy's so cute, too, and is great for keeping them in order if I need to toss some in my purse or the diaper bag. Thanks!

  23. I really like Oopsie Dazie's stuff. I've seen it several times and really like the clippies. Plus there is just so many cute things to choose from, how can you even decide? Hard! Thanks for this.

  24. I unfortunately don't have a daughter of my own (don't think my dh would appreciate me trying to put hair clips in any of our 5 boys, hair. lol), but have a few close friends, who would love these for their girls.

  25. Wow- we are expecting a daughter through adoption and well, I havent even thought about hair bows until reading your post. Thanks for the chance!

  26. I love the Natalie clips. They would be so bright that maybe we would not lose them. I would love to give these to my niece for Christmas. Thank you

  27. I love Oopsie Dazie. I am a totally clipaholic! I think it's because Anna doesn't have much hair lol! Finding clips that stay in her hair is pretty hard. I found clips at Chesapeake Ribbons that work great! But I'm always game for a great contest! ;)

    Thanks for another great contest!!!

  28. I love doing my little girls hair well what little hair she has yet but I would love to get some of these for her

  29. It's hard to keep pretty clips in beautiful baby fine hair. I sure could use this to keep the pretty in my baby happy

  30. How cute! I have found very few clips that stay in for my daughter...between the very fine baby hair and the fun she has pulling them out, they don't stay in for long. But she looks soooo cute in them, it's forever worth the try!!

  31. What a cute idea this is and so inventive and useful. Thank you for offering this giveaway.

  32. My fave is the Eliza Caddie with the Stella, Elise, Chelsea, Emily and Lily Baby Gator Clips.

  33. I have two daughters and we LOVE clips, bows, bands...anything cute for their hair and we love it! We'd really love to win, thanks for the chance!

  34. you know I am in major need of these. we tend to lose these by the boatload, but they always look so cute in her hair. she also requests them now because she is getting into fashion. would love to win them

  35. wow oopsie dazies are so cute i love to try and win this for my little one so she may have some thing realy nice

  36. These clips are cute,
    I shall not share...
    Will my daughter sit still
so I can put them in her hair?

  37. What cute ideas! I like the way one can pick the type of clippie they need and then their choice of ribbon. The clip caddies is a wonderful idea. Great for staying with a relative or friend. I really like the spring clip style and the Leah, Melody and Colleen ribbons. The Maisy caddy is cute. Please enter me in your wonderful drawing. Thanks,Cindi

  38. I like their headband in purple Juliana and the ones with a big flower too!
I wish they made them in my size because I'd also get one for you!

  39. My sister is in the Hospital and her baby wants to come a little early. I would love to win something fun for the baby. These are really fun I love to oopise dazies..... I have went a little crazy buying clothes for the baby now I want to get a few more girly things for her.....

  40. Ok...
#1 The Clip Caddies is a fab idea! I am always looking for an easier way to transport my girls clippies to the baby sitters! (She does their hair/dresses them every day, so I put matching clips in there)

#2 If I won and had to pick my 5 choices I'd pick
    Zoe
    Rachel
    Jenna
    Colleen
    Ainsley

    SO hard to choose!

    Great giveaway!

  41. How cute are these? Thanks for spotlighting this website! I am always in need of cute hair things (that will stay in place) for my 4 year old daughter. Her hair is so long! It's almost down to her behind! I've gone back and forth about cutting it since she hates for me to comb it. Thank goodness for kids detangling spray. I've had it trimmed quite a few times, but she likes it long. She calls it her "mermaid hair" (derived from a compliment from Ariel when we met her at the Magic Kingdom this past March). She has recently been more willing to let me fix her hair if I entice her with cute headbands and barrettes so I know she would LOVE these. When I was browsing the site, I saw a ribbon that is named after her - Abby (Pastel dots). It must be meant to be!!! :)

  42. My youngest daughter could use this. She has super long hair & has been growing out her bangs. We use clips all the time. Love that clip caddy thing, thta is something new :)

  43. These clips look wonderful! I was just thinking about going out and looking for something for my daughter's hair. She now has some beautiful curls.

  44. These are precious & look like they would work so much better than your average barrette. Although my boys would not appreciate them, my darling neice would!

  45. They really have huge selection of beautiful ribbons. It would be hard to narrow it down to a few favorites! The clip caddies are such a great idea! Thanks!!

  46. I just wanted to comment on the cute website. I don't need to win hair clips for my boys, though my dad would say they could need them (both boys had long hair until about 3 weeks ago). Anyway,
cute webstie and I will forward it on to my friends with girls.

  47. The Lauren clip is too cute - and it would totally coordinate with my daughters favorite brown and pink tank top. If I won, I might have to buy an outfit to go with the lavender velvet clip. Thanks for the chance to win!

  48. the clip caddie is such a great idea!! We could def use that at our house and I've been looking for the perfect hair clips!! These look like they might be it!!

  49. My daughter has wayward curls and, no matter how often I brush her hair, it doesn't look 'neat' unless I attempt to clip it. Please note the use of the word 'attempt'! I'd love to try these clips and I see there's a great selection of ribbons to choose from. I particularly like the red gingham (Emily). How cute would that be with a white frock, white socks and little red shoes?!

  50. My "baby girl" is now in college, but I would have loved these when she was young. Now? I'd buy them for a baby gift!! They're adorable.

  51. Honestly, your daughter is so precious! That blonde hair is so striking...and the little clip just adds to it! P.S. My DD has the same butterfly shirt!!
I won an awesome giveaway during the Bloggy Giveaways--a tutu hair clip holder. Really cute and these clips would be perfect hanging on it :)

  52. I have a hard time putting anything in my daughter's hair. But we're getting there, she kept one in for 4 hours the other day. This would be a great prize, especially the caddie for when she does take them out. Thanks so much for the opportunity to win.

  53. At least two of my four girls have a bow in at all times... as for the other two, one doesn't quite have enough hair for the traditional bows and the other just won't keep anything on her head. Wonder if these would work to help me get four in bows at once?!?

  54. These would be so perfect for my daughter if she ever decides to grow some hair! I love them already. Now grow hair - grow!

  55. I actually went and bought a glue gun, french clips, and some ribbon to make some hair bows. It took me two hours to get one just right and I have not made any since then. lol Maybe I should just win some plus I can't find alligator clips locally :)

  56. We're beginning quite a collection of clips in this house already. I'd love the Clip Caddie. And these clips are adorable. I'm thinking of getting a ponytail holder or two for myself to wear my hair up this summer.

  57. We could *really* use these at my house. I have tried what seems like a million different hair clips, and *nothing* stays put in my daughter's fine hair. Especially when she's being herself and bouncing off the walls. And yet we need to get that hair out of her face!! Thanks for the review, I'll check it out even if I don't win!

  58. It seems like we are endlessly losing clips out of my daughter's super-fine hair -- I would love to try something that would stay in and look cute!

  59. OMG! I just ordered a couple of these to try out on my daughter a few days ago! They should be here soon. I am very excited to try them. Of course, I am fully prepared for her to pull them out and want nothing to with them. :)
