I have to tell you about my very favorite pair of maternity jeans.
They are superbly sensational - a cut above the rest. Why? Because they genuinely do NOT look like a maternity jean. No saggy bottom or unflatteringly gaps! These jeans FIT in all the right places, which make them more attractive than the other denim preggo pants I have in my closet. Plus - and this is the kicker - they're comfortable too! The panel pulls over the tummy and the fabric has the just the right amount of stretch.
So, what are these "wonder jeans"? The Mamasita Maternity Jean by Chip & Pepper ($225.00), available in 3 different washes (Lynn Lake, Gold Sand, and Platinum).
Seriously, these jeans are the best maternity item I have in my closet right now. I know I'll be wearing them A LOT in the next few months...and probably post-partum too.
Quick note about sizing: These jeans run small. I recommend going with Nordstrom's sizing chart rather than the size chart on C & P's website. Also: these jeans are made for the long-legged. Be prepared to hem them, fold them, or to wear heels if you're on the petite side.
Just found out I'm pregnant a couple weeks ago and am making my list of things I want this pregnancy. Jeans are on the top of the list! Even though in Arizona it's hot in the summer - I will still wear them! Do you know if they have these available to try on in Nordstrom? I would love to find my right size and then find the best deal online!
