While you're shopping at Bass Pro Shops, don't forget about the women in your life. Sporting goods are most certainly not "just for the guys." I enjoy hiking, camping, running, walking, and whitewater rafting too, thank-you-very-much. I can't say the same about hunting and fishing, however...the whole "watching-furry-animals-and-fish-friends-die" scenario just isn't my thing.
Bass Pro Shops offers clothing, accessories, jewelry, hats, and other fun products for women so feel free to browse to your heart's content.
Here's one stocking stuffer idea to get you started...
Bass Pro Shops Blow Out Visor for Ladies ($7.95 each)
These contemporary caps feature "distressed" detailing and fantastic color combinations designed just for her.
This stylish visor will keep the sun off of her face as she hikes through huge canyons...or hikes through the nearby park with a toddler (I, personally, think the latter requires more energy and strength).
Or, you could always go with the Gerber Drop Point Serrated Edge Knife that I featured in the "FOR HIM" section...
By the way, don't forget you can enter to win a $100 gift card to Bass Pro Shops on the previous post.
YOUR TURN: Do YOU enjoy hunting/fishing? What other outdoor activities are on your "hobby list"?
If your husband is a Serious Bass Angler like mine, you've got to get him some of these bass fishing t-shirts. I bought my husband some for Christmas, and they have already become part of my regular t-shirt rotation. He swapped out some of his old fishing shirts for these new ones and they look great!!! Much better than what he was wearing before!!! Go to http://www.bassfury.com , neither you or he will be disappointed!!! The long sleeve ones are both his and my favorite. Definitely getting him some more!!!
i would buy hubby a pair of work boots
I enjoy fishing, but skiing is my outdoor passion.
I have your button
I'm not a hunter and haven't been fishing in years but I'd like some new hiking boots.
I love to fish and could really use a new fishing rod. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
I don't hunt or fish
No hunters in this house, but the kids like to fish (I can watch). I'd rather putter in the garden.
I love to hunt, fish, camp and to just be outside! I took this up in order to be around my husband more. We love to be together and enjoy teaching our grandchildren the love of the outdoors!
I would get a range of things!!! camping and hiking gear. fishing gear, outdoor wear, hunting supplies, and a whole lot more!!! Thanks for the chance!!!
I love to go fishing, although my hubby doesn't like to take me because I talk to much.
I'd love some new outdoor clothing or shoes
This would make a great gift for my husband. He's been needing some new fishing supplies for awhile.
I don't hunt but I used to fish regularly with my dad . It's been many years since I have went out though. We all enjoy camping alot. It is so relaxing to get away from the hussle and bussle of life.
I like camping! : )
My husband hunts but I love to fish. And I am proud to say that the last time we went I was the only one who caught a fish.
We just went camping and I am in need of more cooking supplies for the campground.
I love camping and fishing.
I need good camping clothes to stay warm with !!
I used to love fishing with my dad when I was little and still do now. I have never gone hunting, it doesn't sound too appealing.
Fishing-Yes! Hunting-No way!
I love to fish, but I don't care for hunting to much!
I really love fishing, and it is a sport/hobby shared with my son and husband. It's so nice to just spend a few hours at the lake.
I don't fish or hunt- but I love camping!
like fishing and hiking- we generally catch and release when I go.
I really like to go fishing, although we haven't gone in quite some time.
I hunt, fish, hike and camp... being outside is one of my favorite things to do!
I have not fished in years but I always had fun, the best was a deep sea fishing trip out of Half moon bay
I actually hunt and fish and enjoy both! I found a newfound love for hunting after my son was born. There's just something about sitting in the peace and quiet of nature that's VERY appealing when you have a fussy baby/toddler at home!LOL!
I haven't been fishing for a while but I've always enjoyed it, which is good because my husband is a fly fisherman.
