I have 17 drafts ready to go, but I hesitate to hit publish.
To be honest, I’m not quite sure where I “fit” in the blogosphere anymore.
I’m not a craft blogger, though I do love creating beautiful things.
I’m not a food blogger, though I am passionate about making and eating good foods.
I’m not a fitness blogger, though I seek to stay strong and care about the state of my body.
I’m not a travel blogger, though I’ve been on a yearlong cross-country roadtrip and adore international travel.
I’m not a money blogger, though we live simply and without debt.
I’m not a product review blogger, though I find great value in trying new items to share the experience with others.
I’m not a business blogger, though I am a business woman.
I’m not a book blogger, though I read-read-read.
I’m not a “mom blogger,” though I cherish the role of motherhood.
I’m not a “social issues blogger,” though I care deeply about advocating for the poor, the orphans, and the elderly.
I’m not a “Christian blogger,” though Christ is the center of my life.
I don’t have time to have that many blogs. So I just have one. It’s here. I’m me.
I write about crafts, food, fitness, travel, money, products, business, books, motherhood, social issues, and Christ.
(I also write poetry). (I write from my heart). (I write to encourage). (I write to remember). (I write to learn). (I write to make money). (I write to make change). (I write to my kids). (I write in the morning). (I write in bed). (I write in my head). (I write for magazines). (I write for myself). (I write because it’s who I am, what I do).
From now on, when someone asks what kind of blog I have, I should probably just say, “I write.”
