The Letter of the Day Cookies come in two flavors: Oatmeal Cinnamon and Very Vanilla. They are SOOOO good. I could eat them by the handfuls (they’re healthy, right?).
My sister-in-law Danielle is a soon-to-be Registered Dietitian (she graduates with her Bachelors degree in Nutrition this December) and is also newly pregnant (Congrats!). I’m going to ask her to give me the “inside scoop” on these cookies – and their benefits for toddlers – in another blog post.
For example, (A) are these cookies really as nutritious as they seem and (B) is it best to only give your toddler one cookie per day since they are “letter of the day” cookies? Stay tuned for answers to these questions and other nutrition solutions for your toddler!
