These are adorable (especially as everyone says -the rain boots!) Does anybody know anything about when you need to start getting “walking” shoes for babies? Or as the sizes go up do the shoes just get sturdier and more supportive? I’m sorta nervous about ruining my babies feet as he gets older and starts walking! If anyone has any info about healthy shoe wearing, let me know! :)

What cute shoes for kids! I like stores that offer something a little bit different than the run of the mill. I have always liked the rain boots, as many commenters have mentioned, but I could never bring myself to pay for them as they are used to infrequently. But they definitely are cute!

Vincent shoes are wonderful. I love their color options in each shoe. We have a pair that I bought from a winter clearance event they were having (great prices!) and they are still too big for the oldest girl. She took them out of the closet yesterday and asked to wear them. Guess I bought them just a bit too big or she’s not growing as fast as I thought she would. She’ll fit into them someday and she’ll be so excited when that day arrives.

I love buying shoes online, but I’m always worried they won’t fit right and then I’ll have wasted shipping costs. Do you ever have that problem?

Yes, I do. Ordering shoes online always scares me a bit (even though most companies have excellent return policies). I tend to size up to avoid the item being too small, but that’s not always the best decision when I need shoes for my girls for the current season!

Ohh the “Bobby” shoes are so cute! I like them because they look like once you put them on, they’re staying put. I’m due with my first little girl anyway now, and I have only bought her one pair of shoes- so I think I need to get some more ;)

I meant to say this on your waddle post, but — I love the way my 1-year old tries to run. It is just so cute! Instead of bending the knees she kinda swivels her whole body from side to side. So cute!

We have never tried vincent shoes since I have not seen them in local stores and we got hooked on see kai run, a local shoe maker. They have so many cute designs though and at the toddler age my daughter is going through shoes so fast!

Yet another brand that I have not heard of or tried for our family. I love though that our girls are around the same ages, because you always feature brands of things that apply to what I’m looking for their clothing/interests.

I remember your last post on Vincent shoes. They are so cute. I can’t get enough of the rain boots. I grew up on the East Coast — we used to call them galoshes. Whenever I call them galoshes people look at me like I’m crazy! Have I mentioned that I love the things you pick out?

We’ve had a few rainy days recently and I was thinking boots would be good. I haven’t had the chance to try any shoes from Vincent although I do like their unique selection. I haven’t seen other places that carry styles like they do.

Your summer fashion giveaway event is a really fun idea by the way. :-) It’s nice to know about some of these products and companies I wouldn’t otherwise have heard about.

The shoe looks to be very ruff and tumble.
