WANTED: Homes for Wild Animals (p.s. they're tame and very cute)

WANTED: Homes for Wild Animals (p.s. they're tame and very cute) 1This is how the luggage situation usually ends up when we travel with our daughter. My husband packs a small bag and then my daughter and I "share" a large bag. Or, I should say that my daughter's stuff takes up 80% of that space and I squeeze my things into the other 20% of the bag. It's amazing how much gear a baby/toddler requires. Depending on what "stage" your little one is, you might need a breast pump, bottles, nursing pads, diapers, wipes, a potty seat, pull-ups, extra sets of clothes, a baby carrier, a stroller, a sippy cup, the list goes on...

With so much to bring and so little room to store it all, I truly appreciate products that have more than one "purpose." After all, as moms we multi-task all of the time...shouldn't our products do the same thing?

WANTED: Homes for Wild Animals (p.s. they're tame and very cute) 2One excellent example of a product that does this well is the Zoobie, "an innovative 3-in-1 pet that is a plush toy, a soft pillow, and a comfy blanket." My daughter has Ellema the Elephant and I have to say that she IS quite cute and extremely soft. She "transforms" from stuffed animal to pillow to blanket in seconds. So smart! And the best part about Zoobies is that there are so many animal choices...Koalas, Baboons, Rhinos, Crocodiles, and more!

The Zoobie is an ideal companion for road trips, airplane flights, or even for just running errands around town. Zoobie pets can be purchased online or at select retailers for $34.

WANTED: Homes for Wild Animals (p.s. they're tame and very cute) 3WIN IT! One winner will receive a Zoobie Pet of his/her choice. To enter, leave a comment on this post stating which Zoobie is your favorite prior to Monday, July 14 at midnight (don’t forget to follow the rules). * Winner must provide a U.S. mailing address.

*UPDATE* The winner is #229 Ann Marie Walker. Congratulations!

  47. They are all so cute and I love the music on the site. I think Lenco Lion will be my pick. I could see my self using this the most, I always take small a blanket and pillow with me on trips.

  48. Hada the Hippo is cute. Does the pillow come with it, or do you buy one to fill it with? I loved this idea when I saw it on someone else's blog.

  49. How cute!!! I clicked on Hada the Hippo and was surprised to see it turn into a blanket. All my kids would love these (even my 8 year old), but Hada would be for my littlest one.

My favorite is the Wangombe the water buffalo!!! It's just too cute. I even got my husband to add it to his favorite, he wants to start buying these for christmas gifts this year for friends kids.

Thanks truly for this giveaway, I only hope that I'm chosen!!!

  53. These are just adorable; are they not? I think he would like Rhaxma the best but personally, I like GoGo the Gorilla!
Now theres no need to worry when packing up the car, "Did I remember the blankie AND the toy?" because they're BOTH in one place. Maybe.
    Thanks again!

  54. You know, my kids have quite a few stuffed animals but nothing as cute as these little guys. I still have a stuffed elephant and bear from when I was a tiny little thing and it means so much to me tht I still have those peices of my childhood. I know my son would love Tama the Turtle.

  55. AWWW! I LOVE PING THE PANDA!!! Ping has stolen my heart! Before Christmas of 2001, I had this huge panda bear animal- it was a gift from my dad (may he rest in peace), and I took it every where with me (even if I was a junior in high school!)

  63. Hi, These "Zoobie Pets" are so cute! I have to say that "Poallu" is my favorite. I think part of that reason is that they are endangered and it really bothers me. Please enter me in your always delightful contests. Thanks, Cindi

  64. I'm totally into Lencho the Lion and Hada the Hippo. They are too cute!! I confess that my kids are kind of past this stage, but they would be perfect for my niece.

  65. I love these. My youngest received the red monkey for Christmas. He just loves it. But now he is so into Elephants. Is the elephant new?

  66. I saw these once before and thought they were genius and sooo cute! I like Ellema, but I think Tama the Turtle looks so cuddly and cute so she'd be my number one pick.

  67. I completely agree! Toddler gear takes up so much room. Zoobies are too cute. My son would love Kojo or Lencho. A Zoobie would be the perfect companion when he starts daycare in the fall.

  71. These are so cute. My daughter would love Poallu the polar bear or Khimba the koala bear. They'd also make great shower gifts.

  72. These are super sweet. My 18 month old loves his cuddlies & his pillow, so I think he would flip over one of these. It's so hard to pick which one is the cutest...but I think we'd have to go for "Lencho the Lion".

  73. I've had my eye on these for a while -- so cute and perfect for trips with my toddlers (as long as there is one for each of them; otherwise it would be chaos!). I can't decide if I like Hada the Hippo for my daughter the most, or Kojo the Croc for my son!
