Day #10 3×2 mat from WellnessMats

December 10, 2012 By Stephanie

If you spend a lot of time baking, chopping, or prepping in the kitchen, you might want to consider investing in an anti-fatigue mat from WellnessMats. The brand’s mats are “medically proven to encourage better posture, muscle conditioning, and improved overall health and well being.”

Designed to provide support for your feet, knees, hips, and back,  the 3/4″ thick mats are super cushy and wonderful for barefoot standing. They’re also super easy to clean up in the event of any spills.

Made in the USA, the mats are backed by a 7-year warranty.

We use our mat in the kitchen (see below), but the mats are equally well-suited for craft rooms, garages, laundry rooms, and other spaces where standing is required for long periods of time.

How fun! I always liked the squishy mats behind the fast food counters when I worked in retail (I was in charge of the “front” of a big box store and that included a coffee place and a pizza place) but I never thought of getting one for my own kitchen! That would be awesome!

  102. Jessica @ Quirky Bookworm says

    December 10, 2012 at 9:03 pm
