For those of you who don't know, I started Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred yesterday (It's on-sale for $6.99 at amazon.com right now if you want to order it and join me in this crazy adventure...).
- Complete all 30 days (Last Day: August 5).
- Lose 15 pounds.
- Tone up.
- Increase cardiovascular strength.

QUESTIONS FOR OTHER SHRED USERS:
- Do you use 3, 5, or 10 pound weights? I use 5 (but I think I need 3). Ha!
- Do you do "regular" push-ups or "girl-style" push-ups? I do girl-style push-ups (as evidenced in embarrassing photo above...please disregard my bad form).
- What "day" are you on and does it get easier? Please say "yes."
